L'organisme développe et opère le centre du Parc du Mont Hatley, qui est un vélo parc pour le vélo de montagne. La vision est un centre de progression pour les débutants jusqu'au super experts. Le centre a aménagé jusqu'à maintenant 5km de sentiers et vise en aménager 6 à 8 autres l'année prochaine.
Les employés ont travaillés sur l'aménagement des sentiers, plus particulièrement sur la finition à l'aide d'outils manuels.

In 2006 the company became the first forestry consulting firm in Canada to be certified as a Group Manager by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
Silv-Econ launched a small-scale biological control program for dog strangling vine (DSV) management in 2019, which has gradually expanded gradually expand in the ensuing years. This program uses the specialist moth, Hypena opulenta (Hypena), which feeds exclusively on DSV. Hypena is one tool in an integrated weed management program,. The goal of this treatment is to reduce DSV vigour, biomass, spread, and seed set. This is a long-term approach to DSV management as it will take years for the population to build enough to see results.
