We take pride in our ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams for a diversity of clients in a wide range of sectors such as natural heritage planning, land development, renewable energy, environmental assessments and monitoring. We use open and integrated approaches to our projects that are reflected in the way we liaise with our team, clients, as well as review agency staff. Our team members are accessible to our clients, and our team approach allows us to provide efficient and effective input, reporting, etc. We believe in measured and sustainable growth, work-life balance, healthy and safe work practices. We bring a wealth of team experience on a range of projects for a diversity of clients. We use defensible, repeatable and science-based approaches to all of our assignments. All projects include a quality control plan to ensure the highest possible rigour. NRSI has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Sized Employers (2018).
