Joel has over 27 years of experience working with the Canadian forest industry and its partners worldwide, including roles within the federal government and industry. In his current role, Joel works with FPAC members and their partners to continually improve members global cost competitiveness.  This includes advocating for legislative and regulatory changes or other agreements that reduce costs, improve service, and accelerate improvements to the supply chain for members.Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Alaska in Fairbanks.

Jerri leads the career pathways programming, mentorship program, and Green Jobs employer training efforts at SFI. She holds a Master of Education and Human Development, with a concentration in School Counseling, from George Washington University and a Bachelors in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Maryland.
