Job Description

Assist with daily supervision of forest operations, including road building, road maintenance, harvesting and log hauling to meet the needs of the Nairn Centre sawmill. Monitor on safety, environment, and product quality. Assist with preparing allocated cut blocks for harvest, including data collection and locating boundaries and roads in the field. Report on operations’ efficiency and opportunities for improvement

Job Conditions

• Travelling may be required.
• Working in outdoors in various weather conditions may be required.
• Willing to work in remote locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience : 0-1 years
• Minimum educational level : Bachelor Degree
• Certifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License
• Language : English
