Integrated ProAction Corp

We are a Forestry Consulting company based out of Kamloops BC that has been in business for over 26 years. We are a very diverse company which not only offers our clients Forestry Consulting field services but also Survey Engineering services, CADD, GIS, silviculture, permitting, log marketing and First Nations business development. Because of this diversity we have been able to survive where other have not and we enjoy the challenges that this diversity offers our staff and management. We continuously support student workers with both summer positions as well as training to become full time permanent employees once their education is complete. We hold many contracts that range from Full Phase/Multi year development contracts to more specialty contracts such as silviculture, woodlots, windfarms, mine sites etc. Much of our current workload is fairly local with other contracts in the surveying department further up North, but all field positions have a component of camp work which is an expectation of all field staff employees. We pride ourselves in being a very supportive employer that fosters young workers in supplementing the knowledge that they have gained in school with hands-on training to put that education to work. We also provide benefits and a retirement plan to our full time permanent employees and take pride in the many long term employees that we have had the privilege to grow and prosper with. Company History

IPaC (Integrated ProAction Corp) has been in business since May of 1992. We were under the name of Integrated Woods Services Ltd. until 2006 when we decided to change the name to Integrated ProAction Corp. We are mainly a Forestry Consulting Company but have other branches that enter into Engineering Survey for Oil & Gas projects, windfarms and mine sites. We have both a Drafting and GIS department as well as Engineering Drafting capabilities. Over the years we have had many offices throughout BC , but are currently working only out of Kamloops at this time. We also work closely with First Nations and have several joint ventures with several BC First Nations bands. We are looking to grow the company with eager and capable staff and look forward to the upcoming season.

IPaC has been in business since 1992 with two owners. We are currently a staff of about 20 people and are looking to increase that number over the next couple of years. Our main business is Forestry but also have a Survey Department and Drafting department to compliment our services.
