We at DeVos Tree Care love working with people and we love working with trees. We believe both people and trees can co-exist and even thrive in close proximity to one another.

Knowledge, expertise, and care are our building blocks for creating a healthy and harmonious relationship between the two.

We are based in Hamilton and are proud to call this area home. We see our clients as our neighbours and Hamilton’s trees as a part of the community.

We are keen to work with clients to achieve their vision for a safe, healthy, beautiful, and enduring landscape. Not many things are as enduring as trees, all the more reason to ensure that the best practices are performed from initial planting through early training of its branches all the way to pruning hazardous limbs as the tree gets old.

Company History

DeVos Tree Care was founded in 2015 by Aaron Devos with the primary purpose of pushing the limits in the areas of customer experience and professional expertise.

It’s early days were humble days to say the least. Having nothing more than the basic climbing gear and pruning tools with no vehicle of any kind. With the help of family and friends, DeVos Tree Care borrowed its way to success. First Aaron borrowed a friends truck and trailer. A few months later and he bought his own trailer and by the end of 2015, Aaron scrambled enough money together for a pick up truck.

Thus DeVos Tree Care started to take flight. We have always strived to pursue better before bigger, so over the years we have worked hard to improve our day to day operations. The cornerstone to all this has been our small but steadfast team. Learning and developing our character and skillsets has enable us to lean on each other to help in more than one area of the business. Pushing ourselves to be better than the day before is one of the pillars of our business.

Company Facts

DeVos Tree Care is deeply rooted in its community. Whether we are sponsoring a local soccer program, installing neighbourhood Christmas trees, or assisting Non profit organizations, we are deeply rooted in our community.

To add to this, 95% of our operations are solely in Hamilton, from Flamborough to Stoney Creek and everything in between.

Our work schedule is weekdays Monday to Friday but every other Friday we take off. Also, our season runs from March 1st to December 23rd.

We have one of the most respectable crews in the region, which is why most of our customers love working with us and leave testimonials affirm this.
