PLT Canada is hosting a Setting Green Jobs Youth up for Success webinar to share how you can better onboard and support young adults. As we welcome young adults from diverse communities in the forest and conservation sector, it’s important that we create a welcoming environment and ensure they feel supported. This hour-long virtual training supports supervisors from our PLT Canada Green Jobs employer network in creating a welcoming work environment through best management practices for onboarding.
