Sergine Jean Manager, Human Resources
Sergine supports human resources functions and services for employees based in the U.S. and Canada. She leads recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. Sergine also manages timesheets, time-off processes, and HR files, and she is the first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns. Her 14 years of experience include partnering with executives and managers to align HR strategies with business goals. Prior to joining SFI, Sergine fostered inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures within healthcare, retail, and banking. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, where she engages in industry trend research and best practices development. Sergine earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Manhattanville College.
